Traffic delays following Lancaster city centre incident
Traffic is currently backed up on Lancaster's one-way system following a reported medical incident at Waterstone's in King Street.
Police are currently at the scene and directing traffic. The store has been closed.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene just after 3.30pm to reports of a man in his 50s suffering a “medical episode”.
He was taken to hospital by ambulance.
